System Shutdown

Hopefully someone else has had this problem or has some insight on how to fix it. After I install and patch the game shuts down the computer, no reboot just straight to power off. I have adjusted the video card settings and made sure I had the lated video driver.
I am running a Core 2 Duo with 4 gigs of ram and 2 8800GTS video cards running SLI mode (which I did disable and try again). Normally I would keep trying different things but I am worried that the repeated hard shutdown might screw up the hard drives.
It's not generating any kind of crash file but here is the console.txt and I will add the dxdiag as an attachment.
