I notiched in a game vs the AI, that, when making a combined naval blockade with both danish and both swedish fleets vs a Port.

Then took the City-port with land forces. The naval combat for evacuating only happend vs 1 minor.

Sounds like a bug.
Havent tested it if i combined my own+minor fleets.

Anyway :
So instead of Danish Light Fleet, And Swedish Light Fleet taking all casulties.
I think it ended with the Danish Light fleet whiped out, and 1 Heavy ship Casulty from The Danish heavy Fleet, and The Danish Heavy Fleet retreated.

Leaving Swedens 2 fleets still blockading.
And the evacuator been relocated.

That sounds like a good test case for a forced port evacuation. If you still have this game right before the port is taken, I would like that game so that I can see the logic of the multi-national evacuation?

I tried create 2 test files. So you can compare.
Se+Dk are both GB-controlled minor freestates, so at war with France.

Test game where GB+Se combines their strength vs evacíng french fleet :
autosave Test-French-Reinf-GB+Se-blockades.

And the Test game where its Dk+Se and only Sweden fighting the evacing french fleet:
autosave Test-French-Reinf-Se+Dk-blockades

Just do end phase to see results.
