Battle of Britain II Wings of Victory "Missing d3dx9_31.dll" Fix

For those that are getting an error when you try to run Battle of Britain II Wings of Victory indicating the file d3dx9_31.dll is either missing or damaged we have the following fix which will repair/install the missing or damaged file.
Just click on the link below and run the program once it has downloaded.
