Please help me (about Pz. Korps)!

Only 8 days playing this wonderful game as Germans and I have a problem about reorganizing Pz. Korps, especially in the northern sector.
If I transfer manually new units into a Pz. Korps, I can't plot it. If I put units into the HQ, the AI often doesn't send them where I want to. Can anyone give me some practical advice? How can I get the total control of all my units? I hope that more experienced players than me can suggest me something!
In the southern sector the situation is much better (I should anyway improve my combat tactics): I created 3 new Pz. Korps, one on Hungarian border and 2 on Rumenian border, with exactly what I wanted in these new Pz. Korps and I managed to shatter the southwest and southern front and to conquer Kiev in 5 weeks.
Thank you for all your replies.

If you transfer units into a Korps, that Korps cannot more on that turn. The turn is taken up in moving the transferred unit (which could be tens of thousands of men and hundreds of vehicles and artillery). The receiving Korps is waiting for these units to arrive and to integrate them into its formation. Meanwhile the losing Korps waves goodbye to their old comrades and is ready to move that turn. You will never have total control over your units as the AI can reinforce Korps engaged in combat, it won't transfer units otherwise, except for fillling your main HQ with new units as they appear. Check you PZ Korps at the start of each turn. The AI may have reinforced them with infantry units during previous combat, you may be glad it did because it would have helped your combat odds. However, now they have to be tranferred out, or they with slow down your next moves to infantry pace (unless you want to keep them there as defence against counter attack.
It is up to you to transfer new units into your Army Group HQs, or direct to Korp units. The only way to stop AI reinforcement from higher HQs during combat is to leave these HQs empty, but that will make them vunerable to attack. Units held in HQs become part of its combat strength and defend them, so as well as using your HQs to tranfer, or store units, make sure you never empty them completely if they are in the combat area. The HQs (Army and above) hold you aircraft and airfields, so as well as ground defence, keep some Flak units to defend against air attack, or fighter units if you have them). Try and keep your HQ units on, or near rail hexes, to make it easier to tranfer units and build up supply. You see how the game forces you to make decisions at all levels, as you cannot be strong everwhere, organising your units is critical, its not just combat that wins wars. [:)]
