It is possible for foreign nations to determine which corp are paid for but not placed for minor free states

And here is what I (should NOT) see

Ack, so you know which of the identical corps he used
As far as i can tell no minor has different corps sizes for 1 type of corps.

I am not sure; but I suspect that this is also a bug for the confederation of the rhine -
which DOES have multiple DIFFERENT sizes of corp
 
And once we have a scenario editor; you WILL see minors with different sized corp - I am

This looks to be a bug. The design intent was to allow ALL to see the possible corps of a neutral minor and only allow the MP sponsor to see its freestate forces.
 
 

More info:  This appearently is another example of confusing the PLAYING player (myself, France) with
the PHASING player (Britain in the example above) when deciding what to show.  I just tried to do this
again & could NOT see Sweden's data because it is now RUSSIAs reinforcement phase.  I CAN now see
DENMARK (which is RUSSIAN controlled) & I CANNOT see any of MY OWN freestate corp.
 
 

That's what it sounds like (phasing player vs who_am_i identity issue)  . I will take a look...
