I have 1.5 PBEM campaigns as the USA under my belt--both have gone disastrously, & am hoping to find an opponent with roughly similar experience level, but no one will be turned away! [:)]

Dedication to finishing the game is the only required qualification.

I'm running version 1.10d, & prefer not to use any mods.
