Mystery Empty Corp Bug!!!

Okay, here is the situation.....
Playing PBEM, host had to do a backup, so we pick up on Russian diplomacy
however, when we all get the backup, for some reason for we have all these empty French corps from last turn - basically corps that had been destroyed in battle...popping up in all the territories where the battles had taken place...all the players, both french and non-french, have them on their screen
the corps have no troops in them and are in territories where they died last turn
will they go away in reinforcement phase?
attached is the backup sav file for france so you can see what we are talking about
