mega-campaigns: how, where, and how?

Okay, first of all, can I even play the Mega-Campaigns if I have the free version of SP:WaW? If yes, where can I download them? Third, and finally, will I need to find any other support software to play them? (I have 8.403, but not enhanced - yet)

The mega campaigns are not free like the game is.
if you purchase the "generals edition"
it includes the game and all 4 mega campaigns
Enhanced is not recommended for play with the mega campaigns however
