Great Britain and France, both AI, have been at war for a rather long time. The British are blockading a port with no French forces, because it's been ceded to Austria (something it's taking the British a while to realize, it seems); there's an unblockaded French stack in the only French port that doesn't belong to Austria or Prussia; and there's an unescorted French transport fleet in the open sea for no apparent reason.

When 90% of the French home territory has been ceded to Austria and Prussia, lone unescorted transport fleets are the least of France's problems.

We have a rule in Australia. When you lose a game this badly (or without making a score, e.g. losing at table tennis 21-0), it's down with the pants.

Oh, France is certainly hosed.  The British fleet is still being rather... drunk?
