RHS pwhex eratum (single eratta)

Hex 47,35 - Changsha China- on the upper Yangtze river system - should be coast but is land.
Revised RHS pwhex files are uploaded for Level 7 - and may be used by anyone who knows how to rename them in the RHS scheme.
This change will be folded into the revised RHS installer/switcher program.
You can make the change yourself in whatever pwhex file you are using - if you know how.
A change to pwhex DOES take effect for a CURRENT game. IF you implement this - you can move to the western part of the river.
IF you play AIO, CAIO or MAIO - it matters not - there are no river ports anyeay.
