Scenario Notes Missing From BG Napoleonic Series

I downloaded the Nap BG Series on 3 Mar 08 and have noticed that the scenario notes are not available. Is there some way I can access the scenario notes that are referenced in the Help Menu?
As a new player I have been told by a veteran grognard that the scenario notes would be very helpful.
Another question from the "grognard" is - Where are the command radii of leaders given? In older versions of the game, this information was available.
