Hi, I keep getting the following message when I try to run the update option for BGNW

"An error occurred while trying to update JTBNW. Please run the update again or contact Matrix Games for help.
Error Details:
Unable to determine the installed version.
Could not get specific value's data."

Any ideas what is causing this?

Both my BGCW & BGNW are currently on Version 2.0. Only thing is, with BGCW I get no error message, just the normal:

"You already have the most recent version of BGCW ........ "

Let me take a look at the True Update process....

Update 3/18: I found the problem and it has been corrected, you shouldn't have any problems with the update giving that error.
