Possible Bug in Pitch Count

Same game as the Ghost Fielder error.
While managing, I tend to keep a close watch on my starting pitchers' pitch counts. This is at least the 4th time I've seen this happen, so I know it's not an isolated incident. I ass-u-me that it affects both teams the same way, but I never watch the other teams' pitch counts as closely as I watch mine.
Knowing that my bullpen is horrid, I gasped in the bottom of the 6th when Matt Keough had a 13-pitch at-bat against Joe Rudi. This inflated pitch count led me to remove Keough after 7 scoreless innings.[:-]
Since this is not the first time I've seen this thing, there must be some sort of logic error in the program. It's a small thing, but one that I feel needs to be looked at.
Maybe this will draw Shaun out of hibernation.[;)]
Now that I look closer at the game situation, maybe the 38-degree temp. for southern California in late April caused all of this mess.[;)][;)]
