Houston, we have a problem (RHS wide eratum)

There is a single eratum for all RHS scenarios at all levels which affects two or three ships - but which is irritating:

the second of four KGV definitions - class slot 1403 - has a radar in weapon 3 slot instead of the 14 inch guns

Since we will issue a new RHS scenario - we will issue corrected class and ship files -

but this notice is for anyone using the just released file sets: fix this error, or live with it (do not up grade an early KGV -
and then one ship still arrives in that form, although eventually all such ships can upgrade out of it).

So what is the proper device number for weapon slot 3 on ship class 1403?

It should be the same as slots 1 and 2 which are also 14" guns.

Just so.

Slot 3.

Slot 1 is the 18 inch gun

slot 2 is the 16 inch gun

slot 3 is the 14 inch gun

all very logical - if only the device file had remained in such organized form

In my senario file for ship class 1403, slot 1 and slot two are both device 27 - 14in/45 UK MkVII Gun. No 18 inch or 16 inch guns at all. I just downloaded this set about 10 days ago. Slots 1636 and 1637 which are the upgrade slots all have device 27 in slots 1, 2, and 3. So where are the 16 inch and 18 inch guns supposed to be?

27 is a UK 14 inch gun

there is also a US 14 inch gun

slot 3 is a Japanese 14 inch gun

When EBO is released (today) we will do an update of ship class and ship files for all scenarios. This microupdate will fix this matter - and a few minor other ones.
