It's possible to mod the game? I've read that there will be no news from VB, which is disbanded, so, why not letting the community to MOD the game? I think about adding new weapon/armor/system, new titans layout, and so on.

It's any way to mod all this feature?

Nope. Game is mod unfriendly hardcoded and source code is in no shape to be released.
