Odd choice for on-board artillery.

Perusing the units list, as you do, I noticed this:
s 10cm K18
Now that is a very curious choice to represent light field artillery; it was generally relegated to coastal duties. Would have thought that the 10.5 l F 18 would have been the better choice, given that it was the backbone of German field artillery, serving on until 1945.

We have 105mm and 150mm off-board artillery as well as Nebelwerfers and mortars for the German side. That one is in the unit list as it was a pet project of Mobius' and was needed for a specific scenario, if I recall correctly.

This one piece I made for a specific battle. It was a crucial unit in the battle of Voin, 1941. It is an on map unit.

Fair enough. I'm guessing that it was used in a direct-fire role in that battle, as its minimum range would probably exceed the size of the map.
It should look impressive!

Yes, it held back a rush of T34s when the Flak 88mm guns were KO'd and German tanks were fleeing.
Somebody brought up making a model of the Panzer Selbstfahrlafette IVa. This used the same gun but had tank sights so was more accurate. It was very powerful so you can see why they chose the weapon.
