Well........I'm afraid that I'm going to expose my stupidity here; but I have downloaded several mods and scenarios in zipped from from the AT website and can't, for the life of me, figure out where to put what.
Could someone take a moment and explain to me where all of the files go? Maybe use the Star Drek mod as an example?
Thanks in advance. Note: I'm old....I even have hundreds of board games! Some days computers confound me.
Thx

Zip files should be put together so that if you extract them to the bin driectory, the files will go to correct place. For approved files, I think they are set up that way. But if not approved, you want to look at the zip and see what files or folders are there.
For Star Drek you have a bin folder with a graphics folder, a scenarios folder and a sound folder.
So, first in the zip file bin\graphics folder out copy the folder Star Drek Mod to the At\bin\graphics folder.
Next in the zip file bin\scenarios\fictional copy the file Star Drek.pt2 to the
AT\bin\scenarios\FICTIONAL folder.
Next in the zip file bin\Sound copy the folder Star Trek sounds to the
AT\bin\sound folder
Let me know if this isn't clear.

Works perfectly! Thank you so much for the quick response and easy to follow instructions. It still amazes me on how much helpful information is consistently available here and on other such sites. I also really want to thank the folks who do these mods and such as they provide continuous enjoyment for me and others. Wargaming has been my passion since 1968 and this media helps me to continue with this venture even when opponents became harder to find for my old boardgames.
Thank you, again, Rick. Hope that I can return the favor someday.........maybe you'll need help with Social Security or prostate issues? [:)]

Glad I could help. I've been playing wargames since 1970 myself (earlier if you count Risk), Still have most of my old games around. But haven't played any in ages.
Take care!
