Disband-Rebate?

If you disband small units that have been damaged...will you get a points-refits-rebate?
What I mean IS...if you disband units will you get the points back when you refit? Cannot find anything in the rule book about this! Otherwise why disband any unit.

You get half the arms points back. Im not sure about the menpower right now.

Well, part of that is good news. Let's hope we can find out about the manpower part. Oh, and what impulse or how does the disband "move" come up...I've actually only seen it once and cannot remember how to bring it up again...LOL!

its during the strategic phase. the same time you can reeinforce units you can disband them.

you get all the manpower bavck - always have done since disbanding was introduced.
