How many supporters are there for the use of a "Weapon Resolution Log", similar to Harpoon ANW? Every weapon resolution during a scenario would output a .txt file to the HCE folder detailing the base PH and modifiers used to determine FPH for all weapons from gunnery/ASW to missile resolution...or as many weapon type reolutions as is feasible to log!

Appears the programmers may be open to considering this feature if community support is strong and favorable.

Database editors would have a tool to test effectiviness of thier tweaks and both they and causal users would gain a high degree of understanding to how the program calcualtes hits in order for all to better understand the tactics of modern naval warfare.

Opinions?

I wouldn't mind seeing this at all. Ideally I would want a separate logfile for each game, deposited in a separate "logs" subfolder (ie one subfolder to hold all the logfiles.)
