I Think, Its one of 2 commonly used houserules, so wont yet work vs ai.

Its actually a general/miscellaneous EIA rule, not an optional.
The other commonly used houserule is the Inconditional surender between GB/FR if they start the game at war, eg removable Nappy/Nelson forgot the rest.

I would actually not mind see some poll. about how many games use those houserules and how many not.

Maybe its me who is mistaken.
I seem to remember Monodan or Marshall Ellis comment if this might get implemented at somepoint, but i fail to refind the thread. So could be wrong.. hint anyone remember ? :)

I for one think this is a very important rule, and support it being implemented. Since it is not an "optional" in the original game, I don't expect it to be optional when it does get added.
