I downloaded and the battlesetbuilder update. I put it in the Matrixgames\HCE directory. I have two problems.
1. When I use the scenario editor some of the ships have no data.

2. I cannot create new ships

I get the following Error Message Runtime Error 3044
C:\matrixgames\commandb\res\ isnt a valid path. Makesure that the path is spelled currectly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

I had to download the Battleset Builder on to a jumpdrive.

I do not have highspeed internet where I live and cannot afford to tie up my phone that long.

Hi Richard,
     I'm just trying to get correctly oriented here, what is the path to BSBuilder.exe?  What is the path to Winharp32.exe?  My first thought is that something or everything copied into a wrong combination of places.
 
 
In a Default install you'll find.
  C:\Matrix Games\HCE\Winharp32.exe
  C:\Matrix Games\HCE\BSBuilder\BSBuilder.exe
