I set numbers of Thai land, air and naval units all to appear on the same day.

The Land units appear one day earlier than the naval and air units do.
No exceptions.

Odd, this has happened since version 1.0 You didn't know about it until now? When you see LCU with an arrival delay of 2 dyas, they will arrive tomorrow with no supplies.
