I did a fresh install of v2 and then applied the v2.2 update, then ran a Quick-Sim of a couple of weeks of the "Maximum Football League" -- default Canadian rules. I found the following issues in the logs. I took copies of the game logs, debug logs and the league database after each week, so they can be made available if required.

1) Note the misspelling of the name of the quarterback. The name is actually TRAYNOR.

2) Vancouver has no kicker? There is a kicker on the roster and he is in the depth chart. In the statistics screen, he is credited with 2 kicks, both missed for singles. In three of the five games in week one this showed up.

10) Nothing about penalties is recorded, other than a penalty was called. What was the penalty, was it accepted or declined, and how many yards were assessed?

I ran a complete season with the 2.2.7 update, checking for the previous issues:

1) Poor Luigi Traynor still has problems with the Edmonton press getting his name right. [:)] In an entire season, he is the only quarterback in the league that it happened to (5 times), and only when Edmonton is at home. Each time it seemed to have something to do with the number of yards the visiting team punts the ball.

2) The unknown kicker issue has been corrected. Not once in the 95 games did it occur. However, there is a problem in the player summaries. Kickers are often listed several times, and the completions and attempts are reversed.

5) Both fumbles lost and fumbles recovered are now reported in the logs.

6) Receivers are now given credit for receptions in the logs.

7) Receivers are now given credit for touchdowns in the logs.

8) Two-point conversions properly use the 5-yard line as the LOS.

9) & 11) No more negative penalty assessments.

10) Some penalties (offending player, penalty call and yards awarded) are being reported in the logs. However, except for one face-masking penalty by a defender, the only penalties reported are those committed by the offense. There are also no logs of a penalty called and declined.

I went back and manually calculated the passing yards by summing all the numbers in the "The pass was completed for" lines in the log. Although the numbers didn't exactly match up (as probably expected, there may be some losses I didn't take into account), it appears that the large losses were not included in the game summary under yards passing. In one of the games, the difference between the game summary and the sum of the lines (excluding the large negative number) was 2 yards, and in the other it was 4 yards.

I would suspect the -41 yards is not listed correctly.
