It seems to me that a few years back some one explained to me how to change hex to yards or meter scale. Can some one tell me if this is possible and how do I do it please.

The @ (shift+2) key will change the display from hexes to yards to meters (three different settings).

Little confused Goblin do you mean the @ plus shift key too or @ plus shift and the 2 key.

While you are in a battle, hold shift and then press the number 2 (together they make the @ key). It will tell you what it is now displaying the distance in. If it is not what you wish, repeat until it says Yards.
