Crash's PS Teams Add-in and Lahman 5.5

In short, the add-in doesn't work now. I hope Crash will consider modifying it to work with 5.5, or historical schedules will be unusable when teams relocate in an existing historical association.

it is coded with Delphi, version 6. I will have a look at it after I install the 1.71 patch and Lahman 5.5 and see if I can fix it once I find out what has changed to cause the problems.
