2.2 Game ready?

For those of us that are not skilled in making playbooks and such, does 2.2 come ready to play with good playbooks?
Also I notice you can now import teams and leagues, is there a place where the rosters and league can be downloaded?

Playbooks are the same as far as I know. This wasnt part of the update. Although, Marauders is currently upgrading them.
The place for maxfb downloads is

But, I dont think there are any leagues there. Im assuming you mean real world leagues?

As far as I know, there havent been any completed and made available.
