looks nice.

though you might want to use anti alias when decreasing size of original graphics, they look a bit grainy when they get smaller.

btw.. where did you get these? you did not draw them yourself? or???

kind regards,
Vic

Drew some myself, others I got from the internet and tweaked them a lot. What do you mean anti alias, I've not heard that term before?

well congrats! i like them!

i dont know which art programm your using but PAINT.net (freeware) does anti-alliasing very nicely. it works even better if you first blur the big example before downsizing it.

also adding a slight half transparent black drop shadow might work miricles on tose smaller counter graphics. (in the example i did it by putting contrast on max => get black soldier and then setting its layer on half transparent)

i attached an example of what i mean. i think if you learn some "cool tricks" you could make excellent artwork :)

I've been using MS Paint. I just downloaded Paint.net as suggested and wow! No more chunky graphics. I realise how bad MS Paint is now. Now to figure out what all the buttons and dropdown menus do. Nice one Vic.

One thing I don't understand with Paint.net is how to get the transparent background used for AT. When I was using MS Paint it was pink but pink does not work in Paint.net and neither does erasing the background. Whats the answer?

Ahh, so that's how the 'blur' effect was added. I'll have to look into that. That's how you retain some image quality when squeezing the original down. Cool.
