This is one of those good news / bad news things. The good news is that TS:JC has been so completely stable for a long time that we have not needed to make a patch to the game. The bad news is that we aren't likely to release another patch unless there are some more significant issues that would necesitate the upgrade.

This can certainly be added to the wish list, and if there is another patch, it should be made available.

So, this game does not support widescreen? I have it qued up in my shopping basket right now but if this game does not support widescreen 1680x1050 then it will be removed. I refuse to buy any more games that do not support widescreen. Your loss and not mine.
