Replacement Prussia Needed (and Prussia is kicking butt!)

We need a replacement prussia....we are U.S. based game..someone in U.S. would be preferable...
we like to get turns done within 24hrs. Prussia is doing really well, allied with Austria and Russia, they have taken down France. France has lost all its minors and Prussia pretty much has all of Germany. We are in July 1805 presently
