I try to use my valid Winterstorm serial. Keep getting the message: "Invalid Order number".
Doesn't say "invalid serial", says invalid order number. First took the key out of my records. Then, took the serial right off of this site.
What gives?

Where are you getting this error message, exactly? Can you post a screenshot? Is this on our coupon page or in the store itself?

If you used your key to get a coupon from our coupon page, then the coupon code that was sent to you is what you should use in the store, not your serial number. Please follow the instructions here carefully:

How long does the email with the promo code take? I've never been able to successfully
get serials back from the members page before so I got it from my confirmation email on my backup disk
and sent in the request . After 15 min still no reply although I did get the
'email sent' page.

It should be sent immediately. Have you checked your spam filters, client or server-based?

Ok, I don't know if this is the cause of your issue, but it looks like one pool of serial numbers (some of the retail copies) were inadvertently left out of the coupon upgrade. We're adding those in now, so I'd suggest trying again in around an hour. If that fixes it, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Actually, I just got word that the missing pool of numbers has been added in - please give it another try!
