Hi guys

I have bought the game, but when I tried to download it at work the download failed. I then went to the redownload section to try again, but after putting in my details as asked I got an error screen. After trying the suggestions on the error screen, surprise, it came up with the same error. Trying to not give up that easily, when I got home I tried again with the same results. Below is info from the redownload section and below that is the error I get. Any ideas how to get the redownload to work, they would be well appreciated.

First thing's first, you can only download in the PC where you made the purchase.
Next is to locate your order in digital river directly (link found in the confirmation email) and not through matrix page.

Try using a download manager like Star Downloader for reliability and the ability to pause and resume.

Hi Bushman,

Actually, as long as you have the order info, you can re-dowload to a different system without a problem.

The issue above seems to be related to your browser security settings or to security software blocking cookies. Please try setting your browser's security settings back to default or to always allow cookies and try shutting down any other cookie blockers that may be active from programs like Norton or such.

To be able to resume broken downloads, we do recommend www.stardownloader.com but use it with one stream at a time or you'll use up your download attempts.

If you have any further problems downloading, feel free to e-mal or PM me and I'll help you out.

Regards,

- Erik

Hi Guys

Thanks for the quick replies. I did manage to get it to work, but it was by going to faq store site and the box in the right top corner with Quick Order Lookup was the order number and password fields that I filled out and it worked perfectly. I originally went into the "download info" field and using the "How do I re-download software that I have purchased?" didn't work. Just a suggestion to maybe look into why it isn't working.

Thanks again and now to get into it.

Paul
