Redownload failure

Hi guys
I have bought the game, but when I tried to download it at work the download failed. I then went to the redownload section to try again, but after putting in my details as asked I got an error screen. After trying the suggestions on the error screen, surprise, it came up with the same error. Trying to not give up that easily, when I got home I tried again with the same results. Below is info from the redownload section and below that is the error I get. Any ideas how to get the redownload to work, they would be well appreciated.

How do I re-download software that I have already purchased?
To re-download software you have already purchased, you will need to go to your order information page and press the re-download button.
Please Enter the Following Information:
Your order number:
Your password:
OR
Your Email address:
The last 5 digits of your credit card:
