Thought I would just do some updates this weekend involving special forces:
These are German Falchemjager waiting to load onto Junkers transport plane.

Personally, I liked your first set of larger soldier figures on the counters much better than this set. Thought the first ones were great, especially considering the tools you were working with at the time. Nice work, sort of gives it a Niko look ala Lock n' Load game counters.

Thanks for the feedback Hentzau. Can others let me know which they would rather, the bigger unit counters of last week or these. I am at the stage where I can change them without much effort at the moment but if I continue for longer then there will be no going back. I want to make a set of counters that will appeal to most people and get used as an alternative graphics set. Here is what has been completed so far: German Counters : 80%German Images: 80% Allied Counters: 50%Allied Images: 60% Russian Counters: 40%Russian Images: 40% Japanese Counters : 0%Japanese Images : 0% Therefore this is still a long way off. Any suggestions on how players would like this graphics mod to be enhances/changed in any way would be welcomed.

I prefered the first lot mate, but for myself i prefer the original and the nato set to both of these anyway. So my opinion is less important.

I had to call up a second browser window to compare, but I think I like the first set more as well.

Things have changed a bit in that my home PC has crashed and I've taken it back under warrantee to sort it out. No doubt they will format my Hard Drive in the process.
Luckily I have the image files on my works PC but this means that all the counter icons are gone. It is quite depressing as I had a lot of files on my PC and have to install everything again.
I will start again on the counter icons and revert to making them of the larger type. Please feel free to make any suggestions as I am practically starting again with the counters.
Thanks

...agree it does give that LnL flavor. Sorry to say but that's one thing that keeps me away from that game.

That is correct it does not, that was something the Vorsther also used in his Barbarossa scenario that he has since changed (for his eblish or amreican friends).
By the way, if you haven't looked at it yet you should, I'm playing Vorsteher in a PBEM and its' nicely done. Except, I don't read German very well (or more accurately I don't read German at all except I think Klar is clear)- so I'm just guessing what some of the events and cards say.

I took a look at Vorstehers scenario when it was still in development and i liked it.
Unfortunately there was one thing that really prevents me from playing.
The north south map. Too confusing to me.

Those Europe at War graphics are excellent, I wish I was that good. Still not got my PC back from the repair shop. Turns out that it was a duff motherboard that afected about 50 PC's that they sold around November time. They are replacing it at no cost. On my daughters PC at the moment. I am currently working on ships at the moment and will post some screenies when I get my PC back hopefully this weekend. Really kind of her to let me borrow it as I have managed to have all my 7 PBM game turns over the last few days. It was really frustrating having no AT for over a week. I had forgotten how nice it was to play a random map with tech level 0, having to make vital choices at the start. Just wondering for the people who are interesting in getting these graphics you have 2 choices. 1/ I name the units the same as in the AT default folder so that when you download them they overwrite to the original AT ones (so the old AT ones are gone for good and replaced by the new ones), or 2/ I do a few scenarios like Europe 1939, WAW, Africa and just change the SFT type graphics to the new ones, then calling the scenarios Europe 1939(graphic), WAW(graphic), Africa (graphic). Let me know what you want me to do. Thanks.

The counters are nice, but what I really like are the terrain graphics. Which terrain graphics are they and where can I find a copy?
