Excellent, I put a LOT of work in the last few months behind the scenes to improve our warehouse shipment times and order fulfillment, especially for the UK warehouse. I'm glad to see it's paying off!

Mines just shipped as well. Well done Matrix that is great service. That last load took forever Harpoon etc. But I'm pleased you gusy have turned it around. Excellent work.

What's in the physical shipment? Is the manual printed or is this just a physical CD for folks who can't download or want a CD copy?

Full color DVD Box, full color printed CD with your order # and serial # on it, plus a beautiful 132 page printed manual. [8D]

Yeah us's gets a printed manual that waits for the physical shipment. (dances around puter chair singing rub it in, rub it in).
More material for the porcelain throne room.
