Graphics issues

Hi, I'm a big fan of these games and I have been thinking about buying the reissue. Since I upgraded to XP I've had graphics issues with them; like units appearing in 2D when in 3D view or having ugly, black shadows around them. Will the reissue resolve these problems?

I use XP and have never encountered any graphics problems except in some if the add-on games. Must be your pc I guess so I can't see how a reissue would solve it.

HiHi

Dunno, its just a thought, but have you upgraded the patches for your old version of BG, the new Matrix version comes with them all in place.

Or, and I had a prob with FoF when 1st had it re screen graphics, what it boiled down too was I had my puter set to the wrong DPI (Dots per inch) I had it set to 120, lowered it to 98 DPI and bingo prob solved.

Or it may of course just be that you have played the games so much the the disc is buggered! [:)]

Hope you solve the prob.

All the Best
Peter

Buggered? Buggered? I've never buggered a disk.......

Mine work as well now as the day I bought them. Alas my brain does not.

HiHi

Well now, as Jasper Carrot reckons that if they found a Mole in Birmingham "they'd eat it!!!", it's not beyond the realms of absolute doubt that certain members of the Brummy community (not your goodself of course ) might get up to weird Sexually deviant 'Stuff' with their disks [X(]

PS. I lived in Brum & Black Country till 1988, so I know these things [:)]

We live on the borders of the Black Country, and our mortgage forbids us to make fish and chips; keep chickens or brew beer. Other than that anything is fair game. In fact one of my old school chums was done for having sex in public with a wheelie bin, after graduating from paving stones through to car exhausts.
I'm not saying ours is a high crime area but last week a woman came running out the jewellers shouting "stop thief!" and everyone on the High Street ran off in different directions.
And anyway my Tiller graphics are fine!!It's Davmog with the problem.
