PC:K really needs an advance to contact order.

Because moving forward in the face of enemy fire seems silly (unless you have orders to do so.)

On two occasions I have had enemy squads move through my moving squads. Surely they would come to blows, rather tha politely moving through each other.

This may be doable.
It would have to be in terms of a platoon order.   If just one element spotted any enemy the entire platoon would have to stop in their tracks.  Some elements may not spot any enemy units but would have to halt when and where ever they are if their platoon mate raised the alarm.
