Problem dowloading Panzer Command: Karkov.

How suggested from Web Help, I ask you help for the problem listed below. I can download the game buyed! Is not possible to obtain refoud at least for my first order? In the second order I buyed also phisical version of the game (Panzer Command: Karkov). Is possible to know when I can receve at least it?
