Hello,
I've emailed support@matrix, Erik Rutkins direct & filled the form in the ordering system and still have had no reply from anyone at Matrix.
This is due to my purchase of Empires in Arms which upon recepit I found this not to be a finished product, as advertised in the invitation to treat, but a product still in development.
I do not feel that I should pay Matrix in order to help them develop a game and would like a refund. A reply to my emails would be a curteous start.
