Historically pilots were credited with two to three times (or more) the number of actual planes shot down. With Fog of War on, will this be simulated?

Example Engagement – assumes no Flak:
6 F4F intercept 4 Zeros 3 Kates and 4 Vals
With Fog of War on
Given the following actual results: Would the combat report show?
F4F destroyed 3 damaged 1 --- destroyed 7 damaged 2
Zero destroyed 1 damaged 1 --- destroyed 2 damaged 1
Kate destroyed 1 damaged 2 --- destroyed 2 damaged 3
Val destroyed 1 damaged 2 --- destroyed 1 damaged 6
IJN Planes destroyed 3 damaged 5 --- destroyed 5 damaged 10

Given the over inflated claims – again with Fog of War on.
Credited on the List Top Pilots Screen:
Actual results: Fog of War Results
Zero Pilot 1 – 2 Kills -- 2 Kills
Zero Pilot 2 – 0 Kill -- 2 Kills
Zero Pilot 3 – 1 Kill -- 1 Kill
Zero Pilot 4 – 0 Kill -- 1 Kill
Kate Pilot 1 – 0 Kill -- 1 Kill
F4F Pilot 1 – 2 Kills -- 4 Kills
F4F Pilot 2 – 1 Kill -- 0 Kill
F4F Pilot 3 – 0 Kill -- 1 Kill

Note that some pilots who actually made kill(s) are not credited and others that made no kill(s) are.

Would the Intelligence Screen for the allied player indicate Air to Air losses:
Actual Fog of War on
Allied Lost 3 3 – you do know how many you really lost.
Japanese Lost 3 5 – the claimed amount on the combat report.

For the Japanese Player it would show:
Actual Fog of War on
Allied Lost 3 7 – the claimed amount on the combat report.
Japanese Lost 3 3 – you do know how many you really lost.

FoW will definitely be beefed up in AE - it will still be no where near real world FoW ... but it will be detectably increased vis-a-vis WITP.

I do like this Idea but i feel this should have to wait until a later date and may be added in a patch. If we carry on asking for new features AE will never be ready to ship one way or the other!
