I believe the first two, a and b, were fixes to data files. I'm pretty sure c and d both contain patches for .exe files in the game. (since they chagned the version number on the splash screen.

(Though I could be wrong).

Whats with the

Scenario Editor now enforces US date format strictly

Just a personal bug bear of mine when something forces something "non standard" on a user, and believe it or not, the US date format is not a standard for UK citizens.

The first two were just zipped collections of updated files, the last are actual installers so that you don't evn have to figure out how to unzip.
