OK new game vs abu as the germans here.

We're going after poland it should fall this turn.

Pretty quiet last couple of turns. I've been building 2 Light tanks & 20 Rifle & 2 Mortars & 1 truck each turn please 50PP. I've gone tank 2 & infantry 2 i want to go fighter & bomber 2 by the fall of france. Any other ideas as germany?

I switched to Medium Tanks after a while, they are expensive but tend to last a bit longer than the light ones.

YES of course it is!. I didn't get a chance to take screens but the allies landed in norway and cut me off. I might be in a pickle we shall see but paris did just fall. I think i won't declare vichy and will take marsailles. Do you guys think that opens up too much front for me to be attacked on?

Good turns coming up i just took athens with a suprise invasion and DOW!

His damn navy is making it hard on me. I'm building carrier air to fight him.

My carrier air were fresh off the line and got chewed up. I should hve let them wait a turn but i was impatient.

Whenever i play axis the balkins are always a pain in my sides. Well mostly greece. So this time i am going to sacrifice my transports and my weak italian navy and take the city of athens hopefully. If i can take athens i know i can starve the greeks out. So i early DOW on the balkin minros and invade.

A costly invasion but it was pulled off. My grand plans have come true. Even if by some miracle the allies can retake athens i have destroyed his supply stockpile and he will run out of food and morale and readiness. My tanks are a turn away from the base of tito becuase romania is not in the fight yet so we have to take the long way around.

Well i will post the screenies but long story short i was invaded which i blocked off but it left my inner cities open and he paradropped in and took them. Then used an armored corp to hit me everywhere inside my lines. So i called it his win even with my excellent win. Next game will be here too. We're going to play with twebers 33c update with ship hulls. Next time as axis i need to be more careful of controlling norway until the end since its hard to get to. Perhaps i'll invade without doing the western blitz card next time.

Actually after taking the night to review the tactical situation i can probably push those paratroopers out. But funny enough in our allied game abu said he wanted to quit becuase he was not able to beat the Russias. Becuase in that WAW33 mod that von altair i think did conscripts were on from the start of the war.

That caused me to have a great line of defenses. So we decided we're gonna scrub both games and come back and play 33c with twebers new release.

House rules in our next set of games

1) No Allied invasions of norway until jan 1941

2) starting in 1941 allies may make 1 raid(para or seaborne) (para,elite infantry) (max 10 Units) every 6 months. after 1943 it is total war. Expception, if Axis control 2 of the following cities in Russia: Stalingrad, Leningrad, and Moscow, then the allies are not bound to any limits on invasions or paradrops.
3) allies may level bomb germany whenever
4) allies may invade germany whenever after 1941
5) germany may invade england whenever

6) allies can do whatever they want in north africa




JAPAN
6) Japan may not invade india till singapore has fallen
7) japan may not invade austraila unless new guinea falls
8) japan may not invade US until pearl or midway falls
9) us can not invade japan until iwo jima or formosa has been captured

Pacific players need to try to follow island hoping tradition of pacific war
