Is there a fix for the bug described in this thread?

Hey guys,

Is the problem actually fixed, because I'm actually seeing it a lot in arcade mode. My RB gets stuck behind his blockers...I can't move him and no one can tackle him. Only way out of it is to quit the game [:(]

I'm running 2.2.7 which I thought was the latest patch. Anyone else see this problem?

I have only seen this a time or two, but I rarely play arcade. I know other people have seen it also.
I cant say if it has been fixed or even looked at, but that doesnt mean it hasnt. Im assuming when the
next update is released, we will see a list of fixes.

I will scrounge around the beta board and see if it has been mentioned or dealt with in a post.

This is something that was looked at and resolved long ago, or so it was thought.  That's why I made the comment above. 
 
I am unsure if it has been refixed or not.

I'm having this issue as well:
PR receives ball then is stuck in midstride gliding down the field very slooooowly as defenders hit him, bounce off, get up, repeat ad infintum. I thought if he scored eventually the bug would end but the game crashed out when he hit the goal line after a 4 minute journey.
I'm using the latest patched version of the game on Vista Home.

I think this happens if you have the fair catch option turned off and the ball is caught or recovered on the goal line. I have not seen it happen when the fair catch option is turned on.

Just saw this today. Had to exit the game in the 3rd and lose all progress. It definately is when the player takes the ball on the GL.

Yeah, it messes up your stats when when the guys on the punting team get credit for 800 tackles.
