5.02a patch

The Matrix download area for SS:TGS has patch 5.02a at the top of the list. I would think that this is then a supported patch, but I have seen no solution for CTD's in campaign.
Is there any way to use TIR in SS without the campaign CTD's?

would be nice if someone knew aswer to this. Has anyone gotten any help from tech support, or any body about 502 isssue. Ive contacted Matrix now Natural Point and pm'd a matrix game guy....whatever. Still heard nothing!
