Hey guys,

Wanted to show you a new stad, comming soon! its about 20mb though[:(]
so it takes a little longer to load but it works! Not to sure how to reduce polys, i know theres programs out there. Any suggestions on poly reducers?

Wow great job Local8h. Thats amazing I wish I could do that. The crowd is fine, but what are those spike looking things at the top of the bleachers? They look real cool.

I have to ask if you would be willing to let use these that you have made in the maximum mod or whatever crazy name we call it?

Your doing a great job with your stadiums, but I have one question. In the AFL they have copywrited rebound nets so MaxFB can't use them, but with Game Space or what your using could you create rebound nets and if so could you make them so if the ball hit them it would bounce back like in the AFL?

oooh thats a great idea max football cant do it. but it doesn't mean modders cant!

I don't know why it took me that long, but I was watching an EA Sports AFL video and I was remebering all the posts about it. If we could do it that would be so cool.

Hmmmm Not to sure but yah i can try to make a rebound net like in the AFL.But i dont know about legal status.

Also I just updated Coliseum stadium and the Cheer Pack. Smaller Files on both, Added trees on the Stad and add more bands on Cheer pack . so hopefully it will help load faster. Actually i couldnt tell the difference. But i just figured out how i can reduce the polys[:)]

Localh it's fine for a modder, but not for a game developer because the AFL would sue him because he is making money off it so don't sell it and your fine. It's just like making AFL and NFL unis.

That is exactly correct. provided you are not making money off of the mod you are ok. (hence why we have modders in the ea games.) However if you were to sell your mods then you could have a nightmare to deal with.

this is 100% correct but there are other issues
Like having the upload for the nets on your site for instance,
they could insist you remove it, it all depends on how harsh they want to be.
Yep I know we get away with uploading Uni's etc..............but the same actually applies to them too.

Basically we get away with it because as Hoop stated we do it for free
but copyright & patent does also cover re-distribution not just sale, I know this as fact (lessons learnt the hard way) from my Desktop wallpaper making days and personal Tags.

I would upload them to FBmax to be safe, but the MLB and NFL don't stop people from modding at EA Mods and MVP Mods when they do so much more.

Well, it looks like a bowl stadium with spikes on top. I'd call it the "Spike Bowl", no one has that trademarked.
