Help!!!! Just received PCK and PCOW, installed both, the patch to OW and the beta for PCK. I clicked on play and it showed an info screen. I clicked "OK", I think and screen went black and nothing happened. Is there some setting in the info screen I need to change?

Please post a DxDiag and the most recent "log" file from the /Logs sub-folder of your installation for us.

My first question is whether you allowed all the components (DirectX, Managed DirectX and .NET) to install during installation?

Hello Erik,
Yes I did allow DirectX and .NET to load. The problem is the video does not load and locks up the machine. For some reason the computer doesn't do any videos well. Can I disable the video? I have no idea how to get the DxDiag and most recent "log" file.

Here are my system spec:
2.0 GHz P4 w/XP
760 mb Ram
Nvidia GeFORCE 6200/128mb

Thanks for the help.

Sure, just rename the "panzercommandintro.wmv" file in the installation folder to a different name and it will skip the video for troubleshooting purposes.

For a DxDiag, please see the pinned instructions in this forum. For your log file, look in the /Logs sub-folder of your installation directory and grab the newest .log file there.

I tested PCK on a system with the exact same specs, so this should not be a hardware issue - most likely a driver or system component issue. There are also a few other things to check, but once I see your DxDiag and Log file I'll know where to look.
