Possible glitch, rules not quite right?

I was playing and noticed a slight timing glitch. After a touchdown, the game clock continued to count down while waiting for the PAT.

I don't follow football quite as much as I used to, but I believe the clock shouldn't run between the td and pat.

Running 2.27

If you were playing AFL style the clock runs almost all the time. It does not run after the XP attempt before the kickoff though.

hmmmm.

The minor clock rules are tied to the field type. As soon as a TD is scored the game clock is turned off and only turned on again for the PAT if the game uses an indoor field, or it uses a Canadian field with more than 3 minutes in the half. US fields are always off.

I'll take a look to see if I can make this happen, but as far as I know, this is the only report of this problem.

thanks
David

I normally wouldn't have noticed it myself, but as I was trying to play hurry up in the last few minutes of the game I noticed some time pass between the TD and PAT.

It isn't a big deal; and it is possible I am mistaken.  If it means anything, I was playing an exibition game between Green Bay and Chicago using the NFL beta league that was uploaded on FBMAX.  I had made sure it was playing American rules before playing; besides, there was less than 2:00 to play anyway.
