I am playing a PBEM game as Japan in RHS EOS. When I used to play the stock game as long as I have enough political points I was able to transfer units between commands. In RHSEOS I seem to not have any options to transfer units from the Home Defense Command to where they can really help my war effort. I have plenty of PP saved. Does you have any ideas or this is part of the design?

Something is not kosher. In all RHS scenarios it is SOP to change the command - provided you have pp to do so. There is no way to change that - it is hard code - in the program itself. It may be there is a problem with the installation.

a) Try running a different scenario of RHS. If it works, try redownloading the scenario you are using - in particular the cam file is suspect - and after that the location file. These vital files are the heart of a scenario and if corrupted anything is possible.

b) Ask your opponent to try starting a game as Japan - can he transfer units?

c) Detele the install and redo it from disk or fresh downloads.

It was a corrupted cam file. Everything is now working fine. Thank you for your help.
