When you lose a campaign mission, and are brought back to the briefing screen to replay it, shouldn't you have the forces you originally began with? One of my squads suffered a casualty, and on replay it only had 2 members, not 3.

No, it's deliberate that the casualties stay with you, though you'll get replacements to get back up to strength if you took a lot of losses - however, you can decrease the difficulty the second time around or (if in a random campaign) use the HQ Helper to request more reinforcements or bombard the enemy.

When these battles are replayed, does the enemy also keep its losses? Also, if a battle had reenforcement, when you replay are the reenforcements there from the beginning?
