Airmobile, why are tranports left behind?

I'm currently playing Vietnam Combat Operations and I moved one of the BDQ units with helis(airmobile movement) and after that there were no jeeps(M151) or trucks(M35) in it and I just don't know why.
Maybe someone can take a look at and explain why the infantry is transported but the transport assets are left behind.
I checked the eqp file but I can’t see anything that would explain why they are left behind.
M151 & M35 are classified as airborne so they can make airmobile movement.
Weight can’t be a problem because weight is zero what is very strange because the weight difference matches exact what they left behind (8 M151 each around 1 tons & 6 M35 each around 6 tons).
So what let them drop out?

Does it say in Bio-Ed that they are airborne allowed?
Some trucks CAN be transported in Vietnam: CO, so that might be the reason why.

Motorized and road bound vehicles can't be transported by planes or helicopters, I've tried to experiment with the airborne allowed tag but it wouldn't work. Realistic I suppose, units being air-assaulted by helicopters didn't bring their jeeps with them [;)]

Yes that is very realistic for airmobile but the transports were also gone when I flew in some marines by airlift.
Is the "motorized" tag enough?
What about the M551 a tank for air assaults, would it also be left behind?

Hmm, I wonder if it might have something to do with the unit icon as well, try to airlift the Cavalry Troop (Glider Recon) and Armor Company (Glider Tank) of the 173d Airborne Brigade for example, I managed to transport all M151s and M56s via planes. I also tried to transport Troop D 1/9 Cav (Glider Recon) via helicopter and all the M151s were lifted (but not the M37B1s).

Tried to move the Co D, 16th Arm from the 173rd Abn Bde and it took the M56(is airborne capable) with and left behind the M106A1 & M113A1(aren't airborne capable).
So far so good.
Then I tried the Trp E, 17th Cav from the 173rd Abn Bde and it took the M151 w/M60(is airborne capable) with them but left behind the M37(is airborne capable too).
So far not good.
So it can't be the icon alone.
Did he maybe leave the M37 behind because they run under transports but the M151 w/M60 runs under reconnaissance vehicle?

Maybe I got something.
Look at "Co D, 16th Arm" from the "173rd Abn Bde" it has a glider tank icon and the only thing that was transported was the M56, it's an AT gun BUT I checked the editor and it runs under TANK.
And now look at "Trp E, 17th Cav" from the "173rd Abn Bde" it has a recon glider icon and the only thing that was transported was the M151 w/M60 which runs under reconnaissance vehicle.
OK the other two types weren't airborne capable at all but I bet even if they were airborne capable they would have been left behind.
Looks to me like a unit with a glider icon only transport non-infantry stuff that fits its icon, or?

Maybe, or maybe units with the 'transport' tag can't be transported themselves...

If your referring to transporting any unit with an armor rateing by helicopters TOAW doesn’t allow this. If I recall correctly if you remove the armored value from a unit it can then be transported by helos if it has armor it goes to the replacement pool when the unit is loaded on helos.
This is all off the top of my head but I recall that was the difference I noticed in airmobile for units with or without armor.
