mixed blockade

I haven't closely followed all of the threads on naval bugs, so I'm not sure whether this is an instance of an already known bug, but for what it's worth:

France is at war with Russia. Just for fun, I take the French fleet which in this savefile is in the mid-Mediterranean and try to attack the Russian fleet blockading Athens. I'm not sure whether this is even allowed under the rules, but either it should be disallowed or else a French-Russian combat should ensue.

However, Athens is also blockaded by British and Spanish fleets (all three are at war with Turkey, but only Russia is at war with France. First the game asks me if I want to lift the blockade. I click OK, and find myself fighting the British--and no one else. OK, so I destroy the British fleet in peacetime. I end up docked at Athens.

Next, I try to end the naval phase, but the game tells me now I have to evacuate the port. So I try to move out. The game asks me if I want to run the blockade. I click OK, and find myself fighting the Spanish--still no Russians. OK, so I destroy the Spanish fleet in peacetime and exit the port. And meanwhile the Russians are still sitting there, happily blockading the Turks.

Right :)
But i imagine troubleshooting helps if patch-info is included.  Or they risk starting to try refix fixes.
