For 3.0, do you think we could have the option of putting the number on top of the shoulder or on the sleeve. Lots of teams use shoulder numbers instead of sleeve numbers, particularly when there is are stripes on the sleeves.

That option is there already. If you leave the "Sleeve Numbers" unchecked in the Edit Team screen, the sleeve numbers appear on the shoulder.

Here an example, dremtheatervt...

Makos (green) have shoulder numbers.
Corsairs (black) have sleeve numbers.

Ah...sorry.  I just assumed unchecked meant no number on the sleeve.
